Mr. Schwartz is admitted to practice in the States Courts of Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa, the Federal District Courts of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Texas, Colorado, California, Illinois and Oklahoma, and the Seventh, Eighth, Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals, the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Schwartz has obtained multiple verdicts and settlements in excess of $1,000,000 for the Firm’s clients and guided clients through complex litigation in an efficient, cost-effective, and successful manner for over 40 years. Michael is also a life-time member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum; fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members.
